Our Motto: Safe, Quite, and Clean.

• SAFE: Room is for single occupancy only, comes with Digital Smart Locks for secure & privacy, no smoking/ vaping/ drugs within the premises (not even in the backyard)

• CLEAN: Members need to keep their rooms clean, clean up after they use the washroom and kitchen or other common areas. Monthly professional cleaning services (for common areas and bathrooms only) included in the rent.

• QUIET: No loud noises, no pets or animals, no guests, no party environment. There will be some standard house rules to make sure we provide a homely environment for all members.

For tenants safety, we perform a secure background check through our trusted partner “TransUnion SmartMove”

• Includes: Credit, Criminal, Eviction, Income and Identity Reports

• *** Cost to Tenant: $47 (no impact to your credit score; You'll receive a copy of the report for future use. Refunded after 6/ 12 months)

VIEW: Post screening, you can request a tour of the room and common areas [video-call tour (preferred); in-person tour (optional)]

LEASE: Sign the lease or membership agreement

FUND: Submit the amount due, prior to move-in, to secure the room.

Soon after you sign the lease and submit the fees, you will receive Move-in Instructions

On the day of your move-in, you will receive an email with the door codes to access the property and your private room
